Bad customer service

Since installing this app on my phone (Samsung Note 20) I am unable to use any of my direct dial settings. I had it set for a certain notification sounds and recently that has disappeared and now it plays my phone ring tone alert. I would not have this on my phone if it wasn't required for my job.
Keeps changing my department to the wrong one
i always hv delayed message received....unsure is network issue or application issues 🙄
Can't log in at all
I've been having problem logging into this past 1 week. Keep on prompting incorrect password and login failed even though I didn't even enter my credentials.
App keeps trying to auto log me in and can't go to the page where we input our login details
Login fails every time
